Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your SPRT London pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For avoidance of doubt, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still attached
- Items are not soiled by products or odour
- Returned using the correct unique return labels and appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note: Items that show signs of wear or have been damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Items Ineligible For Return
Customer hygiene and safety is crucial. As such, certain items cannot be returned for refunds including:
- Socks
- Underwear
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Make a Returns & Exchanges
UK Customers
Returns are processed through our easy online Returns Portal. Just log in with your order number and email to start your return.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Customers outside of the UK
For all international customers, please request your return through our online Returns Portal.
Please note:

We recommend holding on to your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
You must include your order number, name, address and reason for return on a piece of paper with the products.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund.
Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sprtlondon.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will sort it for you as quickly as possible.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
