Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or try. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.


Pre-Orders with Purple Dot

At SPRT London, we believe good things are worth the wait - especially when it comes to the perfect sports bra. That’s why we’ve partnered with Purple Dot to offer a smooth and transparent pre-order experience. Below are the key details you need to know.


What is Purple Dot?

Purple Dot is our trusted pre-order partner. It allows you to reserve SPRT London products before they’re officially in stock - so you can secure your size and style without the stress of missing out.


How do pre-orders work?

When you shop on our website, items marked as pre-order will take you through a Purple Dot checkout at the end of your purchase. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you’ll receive separate order confirmation emails, and your items will ship separately.


What do I need to provide when I pre-order?

All you need is:

  • Your email

  • Shipping address

  • Card details

Purple Dot will send you order updates, estimated delivery timelines, and details on how to manage or cancel your pre-order directly to your email.


What are my payment options?

Purple Dot accepts:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

Please note:

  • Buy now, pay later options like Klarna or Clearpay are not available for pre-orders.

  • Gift cards cannot be used for pre-order items.


Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes - anytime before your order is dispatched.

Once cancelled, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.


Can I change my email or shipping address?

Absolutely! As long as your pre-order hasn’t shipped, you can update your details and you’ll receive an updated confirmation.


Once it’s on its way, no further changes can be made.


Why am I being charged twice for shipping?

If your cart includes a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, they’ll be sent separately — meaning two shipping charges apply.


Is my payment info safe?

Completely. All payment data is securely processed using encrypted, industry-standard security protocols. SPRT London and Purple Dot do not store or have access to your card details.


How do I track or manage my pre-order?

You can view, manage, or cancel your pre-order at any time via the link in your confirmation email. There, you can:

  • See your estimated shipping date

  • Update order details

  • Cancel your order (if it hasn’t shipped)


When does my returns period start?

Your return window begins once your item is shipped, not when you place your pre-order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is on its way, and from that point, our standard returns policy applies.
