Below is everything you need to know about how we process orders and ship across the UK and worldwide.

Our current processing time to dispatch items is 2-5 business days (excluding weekends).

We use tracked shipping services for all UK orders. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


International Delivery

We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping!

All international orders are sent via tracked services, and you’ll be provided with tracking info once dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing times.


Shipping Restrictions 

We currently do not ship to certain countries and territories due to courier restrictions, high fraud risk, or unreliable delivery networks.

This includes regions affected by sanctions or conflict (such as Russia, Belarus, and Syria), remote islands with limited access (like Tokelau and the Pitcairn Islands), and select countries with high rates of payment fraud.

In Europe, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kosovo, and a small number of other Eastern European nations for these reasons.

We continuously review our shipping zones to ensure safe, reliable delivery for our customers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.


Order Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. During new launches or peak times, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, including tracking information.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once everything is available—unless otherwise specified.


Order Issues or Delivery Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, get in touch at hello@sprtlondon.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. SPRT London is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
